This membership is shareable with up to one other family member: spouses or parents. Unused sessions will be carried over to be redeemed at a later time.

Payments will be made at time of booking your service. New clients will be required to put down a 50% deposit with the balance being paid at the time of service. Existing clients in good standing can book appointments without a deposit.
We accept credit card payments via Vagaro: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We are not accepting personal checks.
Your therapeutic massage will begin with a professional intake form (filled out online prior to your appt) and discussion which will help determine your specific goals for the session.
You can reschedule your appointment online through Vagaro up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Reschedules made after 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
24-hour advance notice is required when you cancel an appointment to avoid a penalty. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations made prior to the 24 hour mark will have their deposits fully refunded.
All notifications must be made via phone call or text message. We will not accept cancellations made by email or from anyone else other than you.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will forfeit the deposit that was made.
Massage therapy at Fount of Wellness is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. The therapist reserves the right to immediately end the session if any sexual advances, comments, or jokes involving a sexual nature occur during the massage session or while in our office. You will be required to pay the full price of your session and will not be allowed to book any future sessions at Fount of Wellness.
You understand that our relationship and discussions about your therapy are strictly professional in nature. The therapist reserves the right to immediately end your session if you refuse to be draped during the session and you will be required to pay for your session in full.
If you have a card on file with us, you authorize Fount of Wellness to charge your card for the session if you break any of the policies of Fount of Wellness.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances.
You agree to immediately let the therapist know before your session if you do not want certain areas worked on during your session.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
